 The purpose of this website is to promote a condominium project in Port Orange, Florida, called Villaggio on the Lakes. I am one of the investors. I purchased a 3 bedroom, 2 bath, first floor unit in early 2006, which is rented until December 2007. Many of the 230 units are occupied by students attending area colleges. Some are occupied by the owners who work in the area, or have retired. I realized very early I might need to rent, or sell, my unit, so the internet became the platform of choice. I am working on the For Rent and For Sale pages. The link on the left is 'active.' Although I only have my unit listed at the present time, the idea is to post an updated list of available units and contact information, i.e. a property manager or the owner. There will be a page with a description of the property and several pictures. If interested, I can post a couple of minutes of video. The property is currently managed by Daytona-based Clifton Financial Services under the supervision of a Board of Directors who represent the Home Owners Association (HOA). Clifton took over in September 2006. The HOA is working on a password-protected area. There will be a link on the left when the area is set up.
